Noelia Pérez

Entrepreneur by nature, Noelia Pérez is a Dominican professional with a degree in Hotel Management (UNPHU) and a Master’s in Marketing (INTEC). She has been living in New Jersey for 15 years, where she is a notary and holds various certifications, including a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing (Rutgers) and licenses in real estate and health.

With experience in companies like Iberia Airlines, United Airlines, Coca Cola, and Aetna, she currently works as a Sales Consultant for an Italian pharmaceutical company and as a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker, Fort Lee, NJ.

She entered the Dominican Republic’s real estate market as an investor and later as a broker. After gaining extensive experience, she founded Sole Mare Investments Group Srl in partnership with Manuel Díaz. Today, the firm has a team of 20 brokers across the Dominican Republic, the U.S., and Canada, offering high-level real estate investment advisory services with an international reach, guided by transparency and professionalism.
